For Musicians, Teachers & Artists

A Portland realtor who grew up in classical music.

The arts community

If your life runs on rehearsals and semesters, your realtor should understand that.

I am a classically trained violinist with a bachelor's and master's in violin performance from the University of Oregon. Whether you are a performer, teacher, student, or administrator in the Portland arts community, I understand your calendar and your priorities because I have lived them.

I know the schedule because I lived it

Rehearsals, tour weeks, teaching semesters, auditions. Buying or selling a home while running a musician's life takes a flexible agent. I have lived that calendar, and I schedule around yours.

Space to practice matters

A violinist, pianist, or cellist needs space that works acoustically and does not invite neighbor complaints. Detached homes in Beaverton, Tigard, Hillsboro, and parts of close-in Portland work well. Condos and attached housing require more thought. I know what to look for.

Relocating from out of state

If you are moving to Portland for a position with the Oregon Symphony, Portland Opera, Oregon Ballet Theater, a chamber group, Reed College, Lewis & Clark, Portland State, University of Portland, or elsewhere in the regional arts community, I can walk you through the full relocation process. Video showings, out-of-state offers, remote closings. I have done all of it.

A fellow musician as your advocate

I earned both my bachelor's and master's degrees in violin performance from the University of Oregon and have performed professionally across the Pacific Northwest and internationally. When I say I understand your life, I mean it.

If you are relocating for the arts, let's talk.

Even if you are months away from the move, early conversations save you a lot of stress later.
